FLYBY
Hi all. After I try to replace my glogplugs, the head of one of the plug would not come out. So try I drilled it out, but can't get the pices up by the injector hole. Im now decide to remote the head and fix it. Does anyone know a guide to remote the head on the 1.6 TDCI (PSA) engine ? Thanks :) (Hobe my english is OK)

simcor
https://www.dropbox.com/s/sdd2zenfw7ks1ak/Ford%20Focus%202005%20to%202009%20Haynes%20PDF%20Manual.pdf?dl=0 PDF Haynes manual. It is a very involved job to remove the cylinder head, requiring removal of the turbo, exhaust, injectors, glow plugs, loosening the alternator, draining the coolant etc. But you need to remove anything above the head first also, so fuel rail, fuel filter, crankcase cover and camshafts by a quick look at the haynes manual.
