mikeyd1
Hi guys so ive noticed some what looks like oil splater jus inside the alloys and asuumed its the loads of tyre shine the dealer has put on when i picked up my car but now looking closely i can see streaks off cooper grease coming out the 4 little holes of the alloys where they meet the hub this is on all 4 wheels and is a bugger to clean. I can see they rotated the alloy on its first service which was a day prior to pick up. Is this normal??? Have they used spray copper greace? This is a reptural garage. Could this contaminate my disc brakes? Thanks in advance
stef123
They've probably put a generous amount of it on the face where the wheel meets the brake disc, centrifugal force of the wheel rotating has sent it flying everywhere lol.
