GingerFlame
Have you bought genuience headlights with LED DRL's then? Would like to know how you get on with these :) No but I will have some by the time I to down to have stuff programmed. They're plug and play to a certain extent. The only problem is When the LEDs should dim, they go to full. And when the LEDs should be on full, they dim. The car simply needs telling its got the LED headlights and we're done. www.yorkshiredetailing.co.uk - approved resellers of the Highest quality detailing & Valeting supplies
GingerFlame
Cruise control Powerfold LED DRL headlights And a few other bits Both those wheels have been done before on a fiesta lots of times ;) I'm trying to do something a little different.. oh, and my love for concave wheels is unreal www.yorkshiredetailing.co.uk - approved resellers of the Highest quality Detailing & Valeting supplies You'll have to let me know how the cruise control goes as in looking to add a few bits too! Yeah I know that's the problem with both of them wheels! But not many have the 7.5j versions of the xxr's, I had grids on my old car and literally didn't see any with them until I fitted mine haha! I have see a few mk7s with Japan racing wheels and they do look the part especially with lowering springs/ coilovers Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC Cruise control simply requires Cruise control buttons Short piece of loom for the button Steering wheel trim Ford master technician/IDS :) You also need specific sensors but all of the mk7/7.5 have them fitted anyway as they're used for other things www.yorkshiredetailing.co.uk - approved resellers of the Highest quality detailing & Valeting supplies
GingerFlame
I've seen them with JRs fitted but I'm yet to see one with 17" JR11s. There's a mk6 local to me (owned by Mark Redshaw, who does all my photography) who has 16" JR11s. He's breaking his fiesta to buy a merc and offered me his wheels but 16"s are too small :( www.yorkshiredetailing.co.uk - approved resellers of the Highest quality detailing & Valeting supplies

Is this a simple task someone at Ford can do then you reckon? I've got a mate who works there so quite interested to know how easy it is to tell the car. Will-MK7
They do look good but they have to be 17"s, 16" are just to small unless you using them for track which I hear 16s are good for! Yeah oh it is is to get the cruise buttons then get it activated well I think anyway! I've been looking into the power fold mirrors with puddle light which are literally a plug and play then you need the ids activation, but you need to have a 10clip plug and not a 8 clip plug for them to plug in and work Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

The car will be tracked.. but I want it to look good in the process! Haha & Yeah the wiring is the one thing I was concerned about for the powerfold. Luckily it seems all new fiestas now have the wiring in the door, and my car also has the wiring going through the rest of the car. Seems I got extremely lucky on that one! Powerfold is the one I haven't yet got my heart 100% set on though due to reliability of the older ones etc www.yorkshiredetailing.co.uk - approved resellers of the Highest quality detailing & Valeting supplies

Ps I do like the easy fuel Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC I'm beginning to love easy fuel. I'm now more controlled when inserting & coming out again which seems to have stopped the dribble. I've also started lifting the filler hose to get every last drop out, although that could be me being a yorkshireman... www.yorkshiredetailing.co.uk - approved resellers of the Highest quality detailing & Valeting supplies

Tom-B64
Ah that sucks :( what you gunna do about the alloy? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Guest
Ouch unlucky. I'd leave the alloy, especially if you are changing them. The tire is also fine, super glue that but down or pull it off.
GingerFlame
Alloy will be left and refurbed eventually before being put into storage when I change to the JR11s The tyre was brand new when I collected the car around 2750miles ago. Its only a chinese thing from what I can tell but it's still annoying. Definately regret not fitting the dashcam into the new car www.yorkshiredetailing.co.uk - approved resellers of the Highest quality detailing & Valeting supplies
