Dangerous brian
I've just bought a brand new 2016 focus titanium without satnav. I was wondering if I purchased a satnav touch screen interface, is it plug and play or will I need to add an antenna or anything else? alexp999
It would be much much much cheaper just to buy a Tom Tom or garmin, etc. Too expensive to have the hardware retro fitted and I don't know if Ford would let their dealers turn it on or not. iantt
If you have the touch screen already it can be done, no hardware apart from sd nav card, dealer wont want to switch it on so you will need to do it yourself eith laptop, software , cable , and a file downloaded to usb stick. Dont where you get that file from , you may have to google or trawl through this forum for info.

iantt
Apparently it should be easy on mk3.5, I retrofitted sat nav on my mk3 and that wasnt to difficult , a bit of wiring modifcation and 2nd hand screen from a ranger. And a gps antenna
