Door chimes won't stop when engine is off

Hi,  have just started having an issue with the driver door open chimes and it's driving me nuts! 

 

When I turn the engine off (with the power button)  then open the door the warning chimes start and don't stop till the door is shut, it used to only happen if the engine was on but it's doing it now when the engine is off and I'm getting in or out the car 

 

Any ideas why this is happening or how to turn it off?
