laumk7 Posted July 1, 2016 Share Posted July 1, 2016 A while ago on my car (15 plate fiesta TX), I noticed it juddering and trying to stall in first gear when pulling away from a stop. The garage told me the fuel might be at fault so I stopped religiously using Shell and moved to tescos fuel. Well the problems back and worse than before, it judders along, almost kangarooing , and trying to stall - in fact it DID stall in tescos car park the other day. So I've rebooked in at the garage for thursday. It's doing this now nearly all the time in the low gears 1 and 2. Other gears it feels fine What the devil is going on? Sounds like there is a fuel starvation issue going on as a diesel should be able to pull itself in 1st gear with no gas all day long. It could be so many different things it's hard to guess without a fault code or live data. TomsFocus Posted July 9, 2016 Share Posted July 9, 2016 Just because it passes the tests doesn't mean it's fine lol... There's an annoying acceleration judder on my Dads car that he asked me to track down, it's definitely there but shows nothing wrong on diagnostics!
