Lowering Springs

Hi all foc

Help need some clarification if any ones know

I own a Focus 2008  2.0 TDCI Titanium and want to lower her

Do I own a mk2.5 model and which springs do I need ?

any help would be great

If your car has a chrome strip on the front of the bonnet it's a Mk2.5 if it doesn't it's a Mk2, as for the springs there's a lot out there so maybe someone with experience of them can help.

Ford sell ebach lowering springs for it. I've got some for my mk 2.5 titanium 2.0 n they cost 175. N lower it by 25mm.. they do a version for the diesel too I believe.

in my opinon id get coilovers, i tried lowering springs and they mess the shocks up abit

If you're only going ~30mm on Eibachs (that would be my choice if budget allowed!) the shocks should be fine, and yes its a mk2.5.  If you want to go like 60mm or lower then coilovers is the way to go, but does lose some comfort.
