I own a 2012 Zetec Auto and since purchase last year, it has an annoying issue where it judders at low revs (in heavy traffic when creeping along) and also at higher speed between gear shifts. I have spoken to my local mechanic who is a former Ford employee and he has advised it is a known fault relating to the Transmission Control Module and that it is covered under the gearbox warranty (5 years). I am of course going to contact Ford but wanted to get some opinions and further advice on here from anyone else who has experienced this.
