You can get injector pullers to get them out, I found on a Clio DCi that if you put a spanner around where the 'claw' of the injector mount was and careful turned from side to side it started to loosen - just be careful as some injectors can get damaged if any force side to side (which is why the injector pullers pull the injector perfectly vertically.
