djkoss86
Hi, I own a 2015 Focus with a 2.0 tdci engine which has around 10.000 miles on the clock. Found this oil leakage on a hose that comes out the air addmision tube (before the turbo). Is this a characteristic of this engine ? Dealer says its fine, nothing to worry but i doubt that. Here is a picture of the leakage:
alexp999
Have you tried looking at other Fords with the 2.0 TDCI engine around same age and mileage? I'd want to compare, not sure I'd be happy about even small amounts of oil on such a young car.
djkoss86
Unfortunately no. There are few models with engines like this from where i live and it's hard to identify them. But i will try. Thanks for the tip.
alexp999
Local dealership is bound to have at least one other 2.0 TDCI. Mondeo, kuga, etc.
