andyk17
Hi, Brand new here but from the few minutes I have spent lots of useful information. I have a quick question, I have a 2012 Titanium 1.6 Ecoboost and I am wondering if it has a brake pad wear warning light, on previous Fords and other cars I have had, the handbrake light would come on while braking if the pads were worn, but I can find no mention in the owner manual. Do they have a warning light, can anyone help? Thanks Andrew

As these are so prone to false alarms, I guess Ford left them off to reduce warranty claims. Visual checks (at MoT and maybe at services in between) are more reliable. Thanks for taking the time to answer confirms my suspicions that they might have excluded this feature. Andrew
