2005 ford fiesta 1.25 16v

hi guys, need some advice if pos please. is there a fuse/ relay box in the engine compartment as well as behind the glove box in front of passenger seat ?. also i have never seen or heard the radiator cooling fan kick in, is there an easy way i can test the fan works ? the car never overheats and the temp is always within the normal range. im new to fiestas so not too sure how to test fan and if there is infact a fuse/ relay box in the engine compartment. thankyou for your time, best regards, pete
