Does the 1.6 100PS MK2.5 have a knock sensor?

That's what I thought, but I was reading something which said something along the lines of "The Ti-VCT brings many improvements to the standard..." bla bla ... "including a knock sensor" so I wondered if maybe the original 1.6 didnt have one?

well the best way to find out if something exists is to try and buy it.........

and as usual eBay comes to the rescue.......

From the wiring, it looks like the 1.4 & 1.6 (non-VVT) have one, the 1.6 VVT has 2 sensors. So the quote is kind of right, I have amended it!

I did that too! But was still not sure, as they didn't specify if it was TVICT or no!

But I guess this settles it, thanks guys!
