rmurrant
Hi all, I have a 1999 T Focus Mk1 2.0 Ghia for sale, which failed its MOT in June. I've got it listed on eBay with full details: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Focus-2-0-Ghia-1999-Mk1-85555-miles-State-Blue-Hatchback-MOT-FAIL-/302079409834? but to summarise the fail, it needs a new front shock, new front subframe and some welding associated with one of the rear seat belts. Parts should be about £130 if getting a new shock from ECP and a second hand subframe, plus the labour. I'm posting on here in the hope that someone with the skills and enthusiasm to fix the car will want to take it, and then carry on using it. I'd hate to see the car used for parts or be scrapped, as it does still drive really well. If anyone from here places a bid, please also reply to this thread, or message me directly, as I'm open to ending the auction early for the right buyer. Thanks!
