Morgs
Morning all, Just a quickie before I phone the dealer. Picked up my car last Thursday and drove it down to St Ives over the weekend with no noticeable problems. However, on the way home from work last night it seemed to momentarily lose power, it wouldn't have been so bad but I was joining the dual carriageway and under hard accelerating from 3rd to 4th when the problem occurred, i put the car back into 3rd and everything was fine not sure if it was turbo lag or is this a common problem or my driving style is to blame. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks

The problem turned out to be a split in the air filter inlet pipe. The inlet pipe is around 10" long made from very thin blow moulded polypropolene or some thing of that ilk most probably made in china or india for about 3p Frauds price £90 .Which for what it is definitely day light robbery fraud motor co after driving Ford for 55 years I am jumping ship and buying foreign a week on satuday
