DJ_Andy_M
On my Tit X estate, my rear lights have LED for when the sidelights/headlights are on. But what I'm a little bit a confused about is why the brake bulbs are dual filament like they would be on the non LED version. Any particular reason? Would this be if the LEDs should fail the car will divert to the bulb?
JW1982
The Focus MK3/MK3.5 standard and LED tail lights do have the same bulbs and bulb holders to reduce costs. This way Ford only needs to buy and stock 1 type of bulb and 1 type of bulb holder which is cheaper than buying/stocking different bulbs and bulb holders for the LED tail lights.
