Stone chips and windscreen wiper

Hi all Im just trying to find out if this is Common, I have a 2015, Black and red edition Ford Focus, new in November 2015,

The Plastic front Bumper seems to chip, even if you just look at it, OK, ive done 8000 miles, but there are little white chips appearing all over the car, is this normal or may there be an issue with the paint, motorway driving so I know that does not help as the stones travel faster but just seems to be loads of white chips.

Also even though I have had it replaced the passenger side windscreen wiper, does not do its job, I will be taking it back to Ford again, is this a common issue and in advance thanks for your help

I have a MK2.5 but I agree that rain X does abosutely not work with my windscreen. Wipers were shuddering after I put it on. Spent an hour wiping it all down with alcohol after one drive..

I have tried rain X and its was no good I used panel wipe the stuff you use to clean body panels before you spray them it cleaned the screen a treat them I used glass cleaner as the panel wipe can make the wipes to judder across the screen when using wipers
