Hi all it's me the old boy again can any one tell me why I can't find fuses F17 and F18 in the under bonnet fuse board. They serve the passenger fuse board under the glove box. I have looked all over taking out fuse after fuse, but I'm still at a loss as to where these fuses are.any help would hopefully put me out of my misery. Regards ken sorry all car is mk4 mondeo titanium x.

Hi Peter, yes that is exactly like the photo. But if you own a mk4mondeo 2008 and on, all I ask is that you have a look under the bonnet at the fuses and see if you can find fuses f 17and 18 they are not there. Anyway thanks for the reply.ken

Have a look down the side of the box. They are big, 60A bolt on jobs.

" F3-F5 and F16-F21 are hidden under 2 plastic covers."

Photo below is from here:

Its either that, or there is some odd variant of the fusebox.

Well peter what can I say apart from the fact that you are a genius, what a stupid place to put fuses.now if they had towed my car away who knows what they would have charged me for the sake of a few quid.thank you so very much, and thank you for your concern in my dilemma.once again thank you. Ken
