m1tch Posted October 13, 2016 Share Posted October 13, 2016 Hi all, Due to a snapped spring a few months ago I have refreshed my suspension with new shocks, springs (rated for the tdci spring rate) as well as top mounts. The ride quality seems to be fairly firm at the moment, although I know that the previous shocks were quite old and was looking to swap them out anyway. I just wanted to know how long it would be until the ride settles down a bit and becomes slightly softer or will the car now always have the slightly harder ride quality as it was how the car was meant to be as OEM?
