Dennis the meance
I've got system with no boxes from cat back and it sounds quite good for a 1.8tdci
gavingilmour
Mine sounds pathetic and considering I've done the same as other people but mine sounds worse it baffles me and no one seems to have an answer lol
m1tch
Debackboxing a diesel, in terms of sound and performance the car is still quite quiet due to being muffled with the turbo and the fact its compression ignition rather than spark ignition, performance is slightly improved due to the better flow meaning spool up is better, the MOT however will flag it as part of the exhaust system missing - have had this issue on 2 of my diesel cars.
