Turbo whistle/whining

As stated above getting been getting this issue for few weeks now, had a look around for split pipes and no look, havnt looked with full accelaration. Getting oil on 90 deg pipes but not spits on that as been removed plus its silicone. Intercooler pipe seems ok, check both ends ans seem fine, is there any hidden pipes which could be culprit or is the turbo. Was getting turbo overboost dtc but havnt had issue again.
