help fitted new lights now no electrics

i changed my bulbs parking and when put headlamps in wouldnt go off had pull em, next nothing from car immobilsed i charged it and left disconnect overnight

i lost bolt for battery n tryed to use a standard this hasnt worked, lots codes key works but dont work buttons and 0 electrics to rear no lights n reduced accel due to lost tps sihnal now car was just oil serviced with feul filter changed out...

now car go on i tryed cleart codes but the non u codes are persistant facm no signal...shouldnt be any biggy right now???

and brake lights and get a code relates to tps signal short, think this biggy but as car ran prior n like dream, i simply cant understand how this hgas resulted know much is due to batter not bolted tight on, but till get there nothing from my eletric windows back, front fine.

ideas n had new turbo as popped p0134 n told solienoid now think tps n u1900 argh, love my focus but this is big issue from a light bulb!!!!

advice appriciated ecu might be but modules?? def shouldnt happen sure it instrument cluster as full beam stalk pull never worked all wrong from there,

What bulbs did you change, and what did you replace them with?

Have you checked all your fuses are still ok? (Physically remove them one by one and continuity test them)

thanks for patient reading, i dont really know what happened end up disconnected battery overnight, beat ther immobiliser but was like fried module or something i put it to independant guy 80 fixed and fixed the pats issue, doors werent opening. however car still dont seem be ok, think have maf/map possibly both issues, no egr no hassel or other  desil bugbears, but unsure if this , long no power, has affected remap, car isnt idle good and hunts revs never used to. a just put recon turbo so not feelin like anoither round bills but they on way n price desil seen comming tax!!!

ideas still have a lack power, car will almost stall dropping below desired rpm and a new clutchn dmf fitted but since fitted made intermittet sound unsure abs slip or secondary throttle not correct??? tps or throtle body, i have only 1 code reoccurs u1900, no1pays it much head but think there something in this as much as read it comes with car it means car dont know rpms and this causes other issues gearing??? i am asking as i read instument cluster on this car is not great and can give false codes

i have one u code no others but i know my map sticky by 6psi at key off or idle, and revs hunt around 790 think may been knN filter new maf, also what should the feul pump read at full throttle? and dont common rails start at 20000psi may i  think have pump issue. really this canbus system nuts fried pcm but not one fuse blew. i used phone n you stoned enough work it out have fat1on me smokey out! thanks for tryin folks
