My problem seemed to start when the weather turned decidedly frosty. I own a 2007 mk4 zetec mondeo 1.8 tdci. I had a 58 Titanium Focus with Sony branded stereo. The AUX module would pop whenever I connected anything to it, Ford replaced it under warranty, it blew again, they replaced it again, and I never used it again after that. Reason being Ford told me each Sony stereo cost £1000 (for a single CD player) and they wouldn't replace it again as it 'must be something you're doing'.... 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
