Ford Focus titanium 56 plate juddering really bad and not really moving at all 56 plate

Basically every time I take of it feels although the passenger side wheel is slipping (right hand drive) it doesent move when the revs go above 2000 revs the car has 130k miles on the clock and I have no clue what this could be?

so the car drives when under 2000 rpm and stops when you go over 2000 rpm?

Well I'm not actually sure when it won't drive basically I get in the car it will drive for literally a second then will start juddering and clunking I had an answer from someone saying transmission fluid but I'm really not sure
