adw85
Hi I have a MK2.5 Zetec S with a CD6000 headunit with bluetooth hands free and Voice control and im trying to add a USB socket to it I have heard that you can plug a usb lead into the bluetooth module to get a USB socket for a memory stick? I have tried turning on BT/VC High + USB + BT audio using elmconfig but it always wants to revert back to BT/VC Low is the module that i have not compatable or is it somthing else? I look forward to a reply Anthony

JW1982
To retrofit the original Ford Sound & Connect system (Bluetooth/Voicecontrol with bluetooth Audio, USB and Ipod support) you need to change the Bluetooth/Voicecontrol module for a Sound & Connect module (this type of module is different from the standard Bluetooth/Voicecontrol module). Next to the module you also need the correct type of cable and socket. The Sound & Connect system is only supported by the original Sony radio's and the Travelpilot FX and NX sat nav radio's. The 6000CD does not support the additional Sound & Connect functionality. If you want to retrofit the Sound & Connect system you also have to change the radio.
