LucyCan Posted May 2, 2017 Share Posted May 2, 2017 Hi, has anyone had any luck changing the standard fiesta mk7.5 radio to a Sony dab one? I have a 2013 fiesta with just the standard non dab radio and I was looking at upgrading to either the dab radio or the Sony radio. I am unsure which would be best and how easy this would be. Luke4efc Posted May 2, 2017 Share Posted May 2, 2017 Apparently it can be hit and miss getting the DAB to activate. A sony unit with screen is just plug and play however, Ford removed radio codes with the mk7. I've found out DAB is a but crap tbh, rather just use bluetooth with internet radio, or just old FM. You can pick up a 2015 DAB model for around £100 off eBay, but you will need a factory antenna for it to work properly. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
