Air intake hose clips - fix?

Hi everyone,

Any good fix out there for those broken air hose clips?

Have it with zip ties but it doesn't hold tight.

Re secured mine with jubilee clips.  Been snug ever since. :thumbup1:

I'll get one later for you after work and post it.  They were all standard clips bought in a pack from Halfords and then i got one big one (100mm if i remember right) separately for where it joins the air filter housing.  I'm assuming you mean the air breather hose thing?

Jubilee clips and one clip tie for good measure......

Nice! But you have clips in place as far as I see. I want to make a fix for thos broken clips.

The clips are broken on mine as well and I use a couple of cable ties to hold it on, wrapped around whatever I can like the rigid pipe and yellow plastic thing in the top picture above.  Just have to put on new ones every time I do an air or oil filter change.

Buy a new hose off eBay, cheaper than the Ford part and will have working clips, they are easily damaged though. Think I paid around 30 quid for the replacement air intake hose with the breather hose attached.
