Cigarette lighter fuse

Featured Replies

I'm trying to replace the fuse to the cigarette lighter of my 55 plate Focus Ghia but can't find where it is in the fuse box. I've found a fuse box diagram but my fuse box is completely different. Can anyone help please.

The fuseboard layout changed for the mk 2/2.5s - you can check your owners manual if you have it

On a 55 plate, you should usually have the earlier fuse box / GEM type:

with fuses numbered from 37 to 86, or so. F39 should be the front power point.

But from your photo your fusebox looks different, more like the newer one. This has fuses numbered from 100, maybe it was replaced.

That type has F109 for the front power socket, & F119 for the rear (in estates).
