Sync with no sound

Hi guys! Got a huge problem here with my Fusion 13

Suddenly, my ford touch, sync, stoped to make any sound. Sync seems working, but fails to make sounds.. Its updated with 3.8 version

Does anyone got the same problem and fixed it? Can I anyway reinstall the 3.8 version again to try to solve?
