Drums or disc? Might just be rubbing take wheel off lube it up with some copper grease (The calipers sliding pins) not too sure about drums think you have to take the face off them and clean them that way.

If disks, it could just need cleaned but if it's drums it's more likely to be worn rear wheel bearing. Jack the car up and release the handbrake (chock the wheels first so the car doesn't move) and spin the wheel, any roughness will be heard or felt.
