Best gearbox stuff to seal leaks ?

What is the best stuff to use to seal gearbox ?? 

This stuff any good ? Any recomendation?

A new gasket or output shaft/driveshaft seal as required.  Something like Hylomar blue can be used on any gaskets if you prefer.

When you see and stop video at 3-4 second that bit is leaking will open it and seal also drive shaft seals leak so will replace them as well both sides, wld that stuff from euro do the job as well can it be used to seal that bit where its leaking from?

Ayes, that's the stuff.  Get some rubber gloves cos it gets everywhere.  Used by Rolls Royce during assembly doncherno.

Just doing it now wanted to ask these screw on 5th hear need tightining done them is it ok ? Its last picture torx screws

changed both side drive shaft seals and now resealing the back end plate

That I don't know I'm afraid. The Haynes book of lies might tell you.  I presume nice and tight.

Yeah I did them tight hopefully going to be ok all done just left it in garage to dry until tomorrow

Im trying to find out regarding the torx bolts torque cannot find anything crap

I've replaced a few driveshaft seals on ford boxes now, sometimes tend to weep/leak a little when they are disturbed. I would normally price them into a job such as a clutch. For the sake of £10 and 5 mins of my time to fit them.

Its all done all resealed drive shaft changed, do you no how tigth the torx need to be on the fifth gear back end plate ??? Picture on top

Not a clue what the torque spec is.

the sealant is supposed to go in the joint not all over the shop lol.

yeh, when your relying on it not to have gone hard because you left the top loose. lol

Its all good done 600 miles yestrday and not single leak lol only keeping the car until december gettinf st180 so shld be ok until then
