Will these fit on my fiesta

 So I wanna get new alloys and wanna go wide so would these fit 

jr11 alloys 17x 8.25j et 25 for the front

je11 alloys 17 x 9j et 25 or the rears

tyres for the front being 195/40/17

tyres for the rear 205/40/17

much appreciate me if you know let me know. Wanna get them end of next week

Stock wheels (for ST) are: Diameter 17”, Width 7J, PCD 4 x 108, Offset ET47.5, Hub diameter of 63.4mm.
Increasing the width of wheel to 8.25" may cause issues with rubbing.

Offset is (in crude terms) a measure in millimetres of how far the wheel sticks out... The lower the number, the more the wheel sticks out. Spacers can be used to reduce offset but it is not possible to increase it. Recommended offset for aftermarket 7" wheels on a mk7 Fiesta is ET38-42. This will need adjusting for wider wheels.

I have 7" wheels with offset ET38 which nicely fill the arches. With your wheels ET25 this means they'll stick out 13mm more than mine + an additional 16mm (on account of the wheel being wider 1.25"/2) - that's 29mm in total - and 38.5mm compared to the stock wheels. The 9" wheels would stick out an additional 10mm. Your wheels cannot stick out beyond the arches.

You will need spigot rings to adjust the hub diameter if that of the wheel is larger than the car's. The diameter of the wheels you wish to purchase are not stated.

Cheers dan So in English terms for me lol you wouldn't recommend them. What about 8.25 for rears and 7.5 for the front? I just want my alloys to come inline with the arches

7j wheel with a 35-38 offset should bring them into line with the arch. 7.5j with a 40 offset would aswell

if you search for pics of fiestas with XXR 527 alloys on they are 8.25 wide and stick out further, you would need to stretch the tyres to fit. Also look for pics of escort cosworth wheels on a fiesta they are 8 inch wide ET25 but only 16" they also need a slight stretch on the tyre to fit.

These are 9" wide et28 but he's got wheel arch extensions to cover them.

You don't need to get wider wheels to make the wheels fill the arches better, you can achieve this by reducing the offset, either by getting aftermarket wheels with a lower offset or by using spacers. If you have a look at my build thread for BaSTian then you can see how a set of 17x7 ET38 look and fill the arches better than the stock wheels.

By going wider you're increasing the cost of tyres and introducing the risk of rubbing although there are lots of people that have fitted 8" wheels.

7.5" should be fine but you'd need to find the appropriate offset (any lower than ET35 and you'd probably be coming beyond the arch - that'd stick out about 10mm beyond my wheels).

I'm not sure what the optimum offset for 8" wheels is, you've got to be careful to find the right balance of not rubbing on the inside and not protruding too much on the outside. You can get away with higher offset on the rear as they're not going to rub on a turn but if they're just going to stick out as much of the front wheels then why don't you just get four the same.

I'd personally opt for a set of 4 matching wheels. You'll probably get a better deal and you'll be able to rotate your tyres.

If you are going to get 7.5" or 8" wheels then talk to a professional for some advice (the team at demon-tweeks were very helpful when I was buying) on the appropriate offset. I know with confidence that my advice on 7" wheels is sound but for wider their experience may trump my maths!

Lowering the car can help visually too - but may increase the risk of rubbing (again with 7.5" or below this should be ok).

i have 7j et37 on mine which I'm happy with, but would like mountunes 7.5 et45 OZ wheels, don't really like the thought of spacers, stretch tyres or wheel that stick out too much but, it's not my car.
