Un connected Air Con Drain

Featured Replies

I have searched for days to find a reply that actually shows where the Air Con drain pipe plugs in.

I have a Ford Focus Ghia 1600cc 2006 Manual, I recently while checking my oil found a rubber pipe under the bonnet, on research I find it is the Air Con drain pipe.

I have spent hours searching under the bonnet for a hole to insert the pipe , can't find anything. one end has like an arrow head that pushes into a thin plate of some sort.

I just cannot find a hole in the bulk head or an access point. It seems most answers stop at "it's the drain hose" but where exactly does it go.DSCN0855.thumb.JPG.f96fda2c6f42607d74bade4d6eb9481b.JPGDSCN0856.thumb.JPG.b3e15ccd5039d002677da2cc14eeef0e.JPG

Not air con, it's a scuttle panel drain tube. One end connects to underside of scuttle, other end just dangles down

Idon't want to say you are wrong, because I don't know, but other posts I've found say because of the "AC" in the part number it is Air Con.

Part Number is3M51-R017C06-AC P108A >EPDM< 29.11.05

I hope I'm wrong, but what exactly is the Scuttle Panel (I've never seen any reference to it) and still where exactly does the tube plug in.

Thanks.
