I have long experience of Rover diesel cars but none on Fords. My range (price) is 2010/11 and the question is 2lt petrol or diesel and what points to look out for. FatHead1979 Posted October 10, 2017 Share Posted October 10, 2017 2.0 diesel is a Peugeot unit with the older type diesel particulate filter (the one that needs new fluid every 37.5K miles), it's basically a whole load of agro you don't need. The 2.0 petrol pulls well and doesn't really have any major issues as far as I'm aware, plus with the roof down it will sound a lot better than the diesel! 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
