SD/Flash Drive Adapter For Radio

Hi

 

We have a 2006 Durashift EST Fusion and was just wondering if anyone knows if there's anything I can but to plug into the Ford radio to play music off my SD card or flash drive?

It's a fuss changing CD's whilst driving and I do have a USB music player (it goes in the cigarette lighter bit) the actual port is temperamental and the slightest bump or touch causes the music player to lose power. 

 

I am considering just buying a new radio but if there is an adapter it'd be easier (and cheaper).
