Hi looks like I am swapping my sons style 5 door for a set of fiesta st seats. Both cars are a mk6.5 has anyone got any advice? 

There was a guy on YouTube who converted his mk6 fiesta style to make it look like an ST. He fitted the ST seats along with the ST bumpers etc. I think you would be able to fit them in. I don't know if the rails would be different on the five doors but doubt it.  If I were you get the zetec s seats. Exactly the same as the ST except it doesn't have the ST embroidery on the front. You can choose between part leather or full leather. In my opinion (as I'm a little ocd) prefer part leathers as the middle bits are cloth they won't crease as easily as leather. 

My lad has his heart set on these st seats but can't blame him as I switched my standard focus seats for these 

Are those ST seats? Don't have much knowledge on focus's. Not all cloth seats are bad. I've found some to be more comfortable than my part leathers. My uncle has cloth seats and I found them really comfortable (If your not the one driving). Might order some leather cleaner, conditioner and sealant so I know the leather is protected. This sealant I've found says it protects the leather from friction so must be good.

^^^ Bit daft to why he spend so much money on doing all this to a fiesta style. Could of just gotten a zetec s or ST. May of gotten the car for cheaper insurance but could of just waited to rack up a few NCB so he could afford a zetec s or ST. 

No they are not st seats they where a non cost option on zetec with the sports pack just can't see why not many people ticked the box! 

He got the car for a bargain price and he is just adding his personal touches to the car  as have I to my focus zetec s  must get it from me lol 

Definitely looks nice. I like how the tinted rear lights blend in with the black spoiler and window tints. Was thinking of a focus zetec s as my next car but my dad might push me to German as parts are cheaper than fords. 

Optional extras can be a pain if your looking for a second hand car. When I was looking for my fiesta zetec s diesel I wanted minimum part leather seats and electric mirrors. Was lucky to find this one with: red dashboard, tinted rear windows and steering controls. I think manufacturers should give less optional extras.

Are you going to spray the lights. If you are, best to get it done professionally. Reason I'm saying is because the previous owner of my car went with his friend and sprayed his friend's focus ST rear lights black. When he showed me when I came to view the fiesta I noticed the light on one side was dim compared to the other side and there was a matte look on one side.
