Hi People,

I just joined this site, needing some help, I stupidly stuck my phone holder on my window and I was paying a toll and went to put the window down and obviously the window stopped as the phone holder was blocking it from going down, and every since this has happened my window will only go half way down! 

 

Please help! Many thanks

    this is something to do with how the window mechanism remembers where the top and bottom stops are.  they sometimes need resetting when you replace the battery and I assume what you did has confused it.  I can't remember exactly how you reset it. Something to do with holding your finger on the button until it gets to bottom instead of pressing it and letting  go I think
