Drive shaft noise after replacement

Hi

I have recently replaced my 2007 fiesta passenger side driveshaft, seal and wheel-hub and bearing. I have made sure I had the correct bearing for the abs. 

I replaced the lost oil, went for a test drive and there is now a clunking noise from the gearbox. I have put the car on axle stands and tested it, the clunk is when in neutral or gear but goes when the clutch is engaged. 

 

Any help greatly appreciated
