Anyone got any tips for egr blank on 1.6tdci 90?

I tried to do it but access is really hard and im scared im going to round the nut.

Any help would be aprriciated.

    Yeah, don't do it. Excessive Nitrogen oxide fumes cause thousands of pre mature deaths a year, especially with diesels. Plus the new MOT test comes into force in May which basically says any diesel car with a DPF that emits any colour of smoke is a fail. Also if a DPF or EGR is removed/modified then it is also a fail.

    If the EGR is working then there is no need to blank it off.
