An this is why i don't put a lot of things on here for people to guess lol as no good at his game.. Yes its a 308 my brothers old car he handed back,it was a 2015 plate and new but had so many problems he had it 12 months. jace1969 Posted February 21, 2018 Author Share Posted February 21, 2018 It was a very nice car and lovely to drive and got to say i liked it a lot but in 12 months it was in twice for major problems. All the electrics went off,clocks the lot but still run ok so in for that,another week. Gearbox went,kept popping out of i think it was second gear and had the car for a few days and said 2 weeks as it needs a new gearbox,had about 6k on the clock then. A weird thing i found out was it would hit the limit when driving it so you had to change gear,it would just stop going anymore in first and second and never had a long drive to try the rest as he only popped over to see us so i just had a quick drive but this was when he first had it. Lol Bought one new, I helped to design it 😂 my gandad was a mechanic and had a passion for old Ford's. He never had one but he had lots of pictures and literature.
