It looks like it has been done to an amazingly high standard, like all your mods but the top half just looks a little high, the space between the airbag and the top of the wheel looks vast. Like I said, could be the pictures giving a false perspective or it could be the green eyed monster inside of me lol I am using a blackbue yes good spot! D13 HPD 95 Posted July 7, 2018 Author Share Posted July 7, 2018 That’s what I thought it would get it in the way and like you say I like it no one else has to haha list of ideas next get the rear diffusor on engine and transmission mount inserts white line suspension parts to be fitted Finish the carbon interior Hoping to see if I can get some ventus veloce carbon products for the exterior KW ddc coil overs summit chassis braces lsd and completion stage 4 clutch then I’m toying with the idea of getting a second engine block have it closed deck modded, then rebuild it myself with forged piston and rods, keyed crank, balance shaft delete, apr studs both main and head studs, then a flow ported head, with mild race cams and updates lifter springs, then have it fitted by someone but keep stock turbo but this is a bit of a pie in the sky idea atm Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

D13 HPD 95 Posted July 15, 2018 Author Share Posted July 15, 2018 Not to much to update upon, I’ve had to put the stock steering wheel back on for now and send my custom one back will report back on why later depending how it goes got some nice real carbon layered dails made up and installed the pod gauge ones just waiting to do the speedo one when I get time again Had some nice smooth gloss black fog light covers painted up and fitted really looking the gloss black looking at doing the rest of the exterior plastics the same Received my first ventus voluce product of the canyards custom sanded flat and primed ready for paint as I won’t be using the carbon look 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

D13 HPD 95 Posted August 2, 2018 Author Share Posted August 2, 2018 Little change steering wheel I removed my fancy carbon one due to a fault with the stichting, I’ve sent it back and now have it back returned and looking better than it was, unfortunately I’m not going to refit it now, I found this the original wheel from the mk3 rs prototype which ford sent to shows before the rs was released confirmed with 3 different ford garages around the country that the part number stamped on it confirms it was made as a one off and only used by the rs prototype, they had a few questions on how I had it but that’s nothing to shout about bottom line it’s not stolen it was released by ford hq and all above board so I’ll be running with this for a while leather top and bottom stock rs wheel except it has white stitching and alcantara side panels doesn’t have cruise control and didn’t want to cut it up to fit it as it will be a collectors item in the future I’m sure.
