Some sat-navs do work better than Sync 3! Card I received for my recent birthday made me smile 😃

Hello to you all, As a new member I’m hoping that you can help me out. I’ve recently acquired a 2008 Mondeo and the headlights seem very dim. Is this a case of simply replacing the bulbs or is it a more sinister problem? Any pointers much appreciated thank you

Looks like I’ve joined the queue with no Sat Nav. Are you able to assist Bannko or are you fed up with the requests???? Any help would be appreciated in activating the system in my 66 plate Kuga with the Sync 2 touch screen.

I haven’t had chance to take a beam photo at the correct distances or against a white wall yet but I have taken something. When I get the chance I will try get something better.

To upgrade the 150 HP version of the 1.6 ECOboost to 182 HP the PCM needs to be reprogrammed. The new software needs to be the exact 182 HP equivalent of the 150 HP software that is currently installed. Because of several (technical) changes through the Years there are several different versions of software for the 1.6 ECOboost. Before even considering to upgrade to 182 HP you have to know the exact software version that is currently installed. Based on this software version the correct 182 HP software version can be determined. The recent recall makes it a bit harder to determine the correct software. The recall introduced several new software versions which are not all known yet. It will take a bit of research to determine which of these software versions is the new equivalent of the older software versions before the recall.
