Hi just wondered if anyone has encountered this problem before as it’s driving me mad. Picked up my new car yesterday a focus 2014 plate, it’s the 2011-2014 model. When I try and set up the Bluetooth it’s bring up a pin on the display, I then go to the Bluetooth sync option on my iPhone and it then loads up a pin but it’s not the same pin as the car is displaying...! I have tried different phones and disconnected any nearby Bluetooth devices and still no joy. I have searched and searched google and YouTube but no joy nobody seems to have this same problem, I’ve tried all the obvious things like making sure there isn’t an old phone connected, and resetting settings but still no joy. I don’t seem to have an option to press anything? The car display brings up a different pin every time, then when I select the sync option in my iPhone menu it just brings up a completely different pin and fails to paid.

Check the heat shield above the exhaust. The fixing bolts tend to rust away and it drops onto the exhaust giving a nasty metallic rattle. Sometimes it isn't quite dropped but can rattle anyway.

Dropped my car off at the dealers first thing this morning. According to them there have been issues with the door-guard-mechanism, so they will be replacing all four under warranty.

But isn't there a labour charge if done at Halfords ?

That sounds great! But it's not really a funny thing - I've often found that people who initially seem a bit quiet really come out of their shell once they are on a subject on which they are knowledgeable and feel passionate about. Far better to be that way than a person who always makes a lot of noise but doesn't know what they're talking about!😀

They're burning pride logs! We seem to be getting several rainbows a week at the moment, I'm sure we've had more in the last month than the last year! Must be an odd combination of weather going on at the moment. Bit annoying I couldn't fit this one into one photo!

I do like spending the day with my grandparents, and helping them get their new TV box set up. Think I blew their minds when I showed them they had the ability to pause and rewind the TV 😂. Also like getting used to driving the Fiesta, beginning to learn where it come on boost, which gears are required at what speed etc.

You're right, I can't wait for them...not to drive myself, but to get all the oblivious fools into them. It's really not that hard to accelerate and merge from a sliproad yet a good chunk of drivers cant seem to manage it without a sudden, unpredictable manoeuvre... I tend to tactically overtake before slip roads to make sure I'll be at the front of the merge where possible!

Reading what people have had to do to update the navigation maps, it just doesn't look like it's worth the hassle. Why did Ford make it so complicated? Real stupid.

Yes mate all the parts are compatible a lad from work bolted ST parts straight onto his 54plate fiesta Only think to remember though is that either side of the back ( and im sure the front ) that there is a large rivet. So when removing them they need to be replaced, but other than that all teh rights etc and bumpers are compatible. And yes i know what you mean about the facelift version the do look alot nicer :D
