  1. I didn’t know if they had some kind of bleed valve somewhere that I wasn’t aware of.
  2. What’s the best way to bleed the cooling system on a Ford Galaxy 2011 2.0 petrol (Duratec) leave the cap off and let it run? Or is there more to it? Thanks in advance.
  3. Also, once the new sensor is fitted. Drive it a bit, use the brakes. Otherwise you’ll panic and think the fault is still there lol
  4. Your brakes will still work. Get it plugged in to find out which side the faulty speed sensor is on.
  5. Not much to see on the scan.
  6. Hello l’ve just has major engine work done on my car. 2016 (66) 2.0 Diesel Galaxy Zetec Auto 150. The timing belt tensioner sheared off. now I’ve got it back, the gearbox is playing up. Luckily all that was damaged was the rockers. The revs fluctuate, it feels like there is a loss of drive for a split second at times too. Then the warning comes up on the dash. “transmission limited function” for a few seconds then it goes off again. I’m going to plug it in today to see what codes it throws up. I was just curious if anyone had had a similar issue, and what the problem was. thanks in advance.
  7. Sounds about right as they are plastic. 🙄
  8. Likely to be speed sensor. Best to get codes though.
  9. Is it turning over? is the timing belt good?
  10. Could it be a blockage somewhere in coolant system? perhaps at worst, head gasket?
  11. Aren’t they called T-Track rails? I had them on my 2007 Galaxy, I never did find any that fitted lol
  12. I believe you can only get them from Ford, I don’t know of any aftermarket versions. They are quite straightforward to replace, just getting the plug off is the hard part.
  13. I’d imagine, you wish that you had never asked. 🤣
