Many things can factor into it, different set ups can have different bugs, like older versions of sync can cause issues with any phone update. Then again Sync really is a POS and the sooner they release CarPlay in Fords the better! Lol

No issues. I'm running the first beta of iOS 9 on my iPhone 6 and everything is fine in my Black Edition, you'll have no problems.

According to autoexpress (take whatever they say with a pinch of salt) the facelift Focus is due to be released in July 2014. Whether that's true or not I don't know... Although I recently changed back to a Fiesta from my Mk3 Focus ZS, I'll be interested to see what the facelift ZS will look like, maybe I could be tempted back into the Focus family....

Getting around 420 miles to a tank which equates to around 48mpg, car has done about 1450 miles now. Haven't seen the mpg below 44 since I've had it though

Loz, I know what you mean! I feel like I'm sitting really high even with the seat on the lowest setting, just gonna have to get used to it I suppose...mpg is pretty good atm, though the cars only done 380 miles, I'm averaging around 45.1mpg..which will hopefully keep going up as the engine gets older! Thanks Ru4hie, I would have liked an ST, but the whole idea of changing was to save money lol, which I don't think would have happened if I'd have got the ST lol - however tempting that would have been!

So 9 months ago I traded in my 2011 Fiesta Titanium for a new Focus Zetec S 1.0, which I must admit was an amazing car! However with changes in circumstances I've had to trade my beloved Focus in and gone back to my roots and have returned to the Fiesta fold with a 63 plate Zetec S 1.0 EcoBoost. I was a bit dubious at first about returning as I'd grown accustomed to the additional space and more refined/quality Focus and I must admit it getting into the Fiesta again it did feel REALLY small! Though from having the Fiesta for a couple of days now it's just like it was before and it is a great little car, aside from the missing toys that I had in the Tit fiesta back in the day.... Anyways, as everyone always loves seeing peoples new cars I thought I'd post some pictures for you guys Just a couple of mods I've made so far... Deflectors De-tangoed Sony colour screen (thanks to iNath we managed to get this to work with a screen from a Focus) Mist Washer Jets from the Focus Will be changing the sidelights to LED once I get round to sourcing some from eBay. It's not too bad actually, pleasantly surprised how quick it is...averaging around 45mpg atm, though there's only about 130 miles on it as yet so will give it time

I had a mk7 fiesta before the Focus so I know what I've got myself in for....like you said will just take some getting used to again

Obviously the focus is a little bit nicer to drive, it's really comfy and the 6 gears make the engine feel a lot smoother! But then the fiesta isn't bad in the first place so can't really complain about it...though I do miss having the space! Inside the cabin feels so small in the fiesta now compared to the focus... All in all I do miss the focus, but had to think of the future and needed to save some pennies so had to drop back down to a fiesta

I've just regretfully changed from my 62 plate Focus Zetec S back down to a 63 plate Fiesta Zetec S, attempting to change the bulbs however having problems getting the headlight out. I've obviously managed to take the 2 screws out but the plastic clip has changed from the mk7 and can't seem to get it off - anyone with a 7.5 got an advice? Cheers

I can't believe they think it is acceptable to be able to charge you for a software upgrade to the car when you have paid so much out for a car...If this is the case then I'll just wait till the Focus needs a service and get them to do it then. I hope the announce the ability to upgrade it yourself via USB sharpish
