    2010 Locking Wheel Nut

It's the standard alloys and the factory nut, but I'm concerned it has a spinning collar on it...

    2010 Locking Wheel Nut

Is there an easy way to try and remove them sans key? Tyre is ruined and need to fit a spare but nut key is missing, can't drive the car until I can get the lock nut off!
  4. Long story short. Had to clean up the connector for the rear lamp... got it all working and when I've reseated it into the lamp itself the bulb has come out and is now rolling around in the lamp. Would it cause much issue re: usage and MOT if I were to just fit a new bulb and leave the old one rolling around inside? Trying to avoid removing the lamp if possible!

    Advice on replacement battery

Engine off: 12.65v Idle: 13.18v Will test at 1500-2000 rpm/lights & fan when the other half is home, I'm sure she will be delighted to assist :P

Disable Esp On 5Dr Zetec 1.6 Tdci

Trim is all apart but struggling to see any sort of wire such as those mentioned. My vehicle has got ESP but can't find the cable. Edit: Scrap that. Found it. Didn't realise it was so obvious thought that it was another wire plugged into something at first. Doh.

Disable Esp On 5Dr Zetec 1.6 Tdci

Before I go taking the trim to pieces, does anyone know if the 2010 Zetec TDCi has the wiring in place to fit the switch? (part number 1514081) Also anyone have the photos or a photo of where the clips are what pieces of trim to actually remove etc, given that the link to the german forum is dead?

    Advice on replacement battery

So for example parts wise: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/075-Bosch-Silver-Calcium-Car-Van-Battery-S4004-Next-Day-Delivery-4-Yr-Wty-/272118108334?hash=item3f5b80d0ae:g:juUAAOSwa-dWqgei How would I go about testing the alternator or would it be best to get someone in to check it for me?] Edit: If I set a multimetere to 20V (the symbol of the solid line with 3 dots under it) and probe the terminal of the alternator would this do the trick? Would something like this do the job: http://www.halfords.com/workshop-tools/tools/hand-tools/rolson-digital-multimeter
  9. Basically OEM battery is shagged. Low voltage warning from FORScan and goes flat without much excessive use. Need a replacement but wondering what to go for as I'd prefer to spend a little extra and get something that will last?

    Popping/Crackling speakers - help!

Any particular recommendation on the Velcro? Or so long as it's something heavy duty will it be sufficient?

    Popping/Crackling speakers - help!

Ebay seems to be lacking in much component stuff for me. Thinking of going for the following: Front: http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/speakers/component-systems/6-5-inch-comp-17cm/pioneer-ts-g173ci-16-5cm-280w-components Rear: http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/speakers/full-range/6-5-inch-coax-17cm/pioneer-ts-g1731i-17cm-230w-2-way-dual-cone-speakers Adaptors: http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/ct25fd10-ford-speaker-adaptors Just unsure if I would need any wiring adaptors? Such as... http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/ct55-fd02-speaker-loom-adaptor-for-ford-fiesta Edit: Also contemplating getting a set of these as it makes sense whilst I have the doors apart http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DEI-Boom-Mat-Speaker-Baffles-6-5-Round-pair-/302052441142?hash=item4653ba7c36:g:XmkAAOSwqrtWoj4h

Brilliant thanks for the info! So would it be best practice to remove all 4 and the tweeters and replace the lot?
  14. Yeah had a closer inspection of the photos and they all looked to be the same fitment anyway. Cheers!
  15. Fleabay is saying part 1708796 is not compatible with the MK7 Fiesta, any suggstions for alternative options?
