    Lowering my focus

Please note the more lower you go with 18s or more rims you will be rubbing or catching on turn circle . Which then will require steering rack limiter which will reduce even more turning circle . Which is bad. With 18s & st springs it was ok . Yunii Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk

  11. Cheers buddyActually it wasnt that hard. Bear in mind i have done this second time round. Cos my original titanium doorcards had cloth trim. When i bought leather interior from breakers the doorcards that it came with had leather trim on it . But drivers door didnt have the chrome trim on it & it was too awnkward so decided to remove the cloth trims ( which as spare have upholstered with mountune yellow stitch leather) so no i still have stock black leather door trims remaining as spare. Back then i had spare doorcards to try & error & it worked so i progressed in completing this mod. Its definetely not for faint hearted. The Gear gaitor is genuine mountune St225 FL part & retails around £96. Due to the st has short throw gearing mountute gaitor fell short & when selecting in furthest gear it pulled up the gaitor from housing so it back drawing board to make it possible. So I bought yellow stitch gear gaitor & trimmed of the mountune leather leaving the logo & glue the other yellow stitch leather together. Big sacrifice to make it work. I thought at first almost 100 quid at waste. Yunii Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk

  13. Lift your bonnet & look left side of battery on right at the back on bulkhead .you will see thick loom cable surrounded by rubber bung. Poke thru this. In order to reach this you need to remove your glovebox completely & see with torch for loom entering from engine bulkhead. Yunii Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk

    Focus MK2.5 ST headlining

Not really , i had to just drop top trim , not needing to remove as i already had black trims fitted a while ago. To remove just unscrew screw hidden behind airbag written oblong cap & drop to bottom. To remove belt their is a torx bolt holding it .remove that , cant remember size. As for stripping yes that would be fine .rest it front part on headrest raised enough so that you can remove the loom glued on trim. Then once removed loom. Remove front headrests. Any more info needed let us know . When ready to completely remove old headlining back end needs to be dropped low & bend ends slighly & pull out from below where the rear parcelshelf trim sat as its wider part of boot opening. I'm sure as you progress further you will have a better idea of it. Ensure you feed extra looms you want for rear whilst old lining is off . Tape up the trim & note the trim route & especially rear washer tube on liner. Good luck. Yunii Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk

    Focus MK2.5 ST headlining

You may need to drop the trims that parcel shelf sits on. So that headlining can come out & feed new one in. Yunii Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
