Posting in General Chat thread. 11/11/2017
it has been noted that too many Members are posting messages in the General Chat area instead of the correct Forums. Any messages posted in the General Chat area that are not General Chat will be deleted without warning and offenders may recieve warning points if repeated instances are seen from that Member. There are plenty of different Club areas that encompass 99% of Ford related posts, please select and use the correct one. If anyone is not sure of which area to post something then feel free to P/M myself or other Senior Staff for guidance. The Moderating Staff are having to spend far too much time chasing this problem instead of maintaining the other areas of the forum.

Does anyone know how to manage the tyre pressure setting on a focus? I pumped them all up and reset the pressure monitor but as soon as one drops by .1 bar the light comes on. I know this is what is supposed to happen but surely there must be some give?

Apparently it's a blocked fuel filter. I'm kind of relieved they've finally found something even though it'll cost.

Please can someone help. I've had a focus 1.6 tdi since July. It had no door handle when I first viewed it. The garage didn't know why?! After a month the key less entry didn't work. If I used the manual key to get in and tried to press the power button then the alarm would go off and the indicators flashed. I took it back and they said it was fine. (After changing the door handle) This happened twice more so I took it to a different garage who again said it was fine but they said they had to rewire something in the engine?? Since they did this the engine malfunction light has been on at least 3 times in a week and the car drops into limp mode. When I turn it off it's usually fine but why should I put up with this?? The car wasn't cheap and ford don't seen to have a clue. Any ideas? The car is under warranty till February.
