  1. Hello one and all. There seems to be a bit of a problem that's developed with my late-2014 Kuga that I am hoping someone here can help me with. Today (Wednesday 2 August), I took my car to my local Halfords AutoCentre for a service and its first MOT (the Kuga is less than three years old). However, since I got it back, the Sony Sync Radio seems to have developed a mind of its own and comes on even when I have manually turned it off and locked the car from the outside. I don't how long it stays off for before it comes back on, but I am checking every thirty minutes, and when I do, it's on. This problem hasn't existed since I've owned the car (coming up to two years now), but it has started coming on on its own - and only since I got it back from Halfords after it had a service and it's first MOT. I have gone into the settings and reset the Sync and done as much as I can to reset everything else. A picture of the radio is attached. Has anyone else had this problem? And does anyone have any advice? Thanks.
  2. Hello. I have a 64-reg black Kuga, but recently noticed there's a piece missing (seeing attached pictures). Either stolen (unlikely) or fallen off. Anyone know where and how I can get a replacement part? I've tweeted SMC Ford, but yet to hear back from them? Also, can anyone tell me the name of that particular part (assuming it has one)? I'm thinking of phoning around a couple of scrap dealers to see if they have spares, but naturally I don't want to full rear bumper. Cheers.
  3. Hello one and all. I am having a small problem with the build-in sat nav on my Kuga and I'm hoping there is someone here that can help. I recently bought a second-hand Kuga from 2014. It comes with built-in sat-nav using a Sony system. For some reason, when trying to enter a destination it will only allow me to enter the postcode and not the district. I have tried re-setting the unit in the hope this might clear any stored programmes from the car's previous owner, but to no avail. I am hoping you can offer a solution to this problem, as sometimes I don't know the postcode of where I am going (sometimes, I just like going for a drive to somewhere nonspecific but would like to go to a particular county). Can anyone offer any advice on how to solve this issue? Thanks.
