  1. Stick to the 2.0 TDCI, I'd never buy a diesel smaller than 2.0, mines a proper train. Had it remapped to 184bhp and is an automatic but it goes!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I have a 2010 2.0 TDCi with 40k on the clock, I drive around 25 miles a day in it through town and A roads. It drives like a dream and I've had no problems yet!! It's a super engine.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Good job diesels don't class as "spark ignition" Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Possible fuel not priming quick enough?? Maybe it's draining from the filter and takes a second to go back through... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Literally I do about 10 miles a day in my 2.0 TDCi... The best thing for the DPf is to on the weekend. Take it along a motorway/dual carriage way and nail it at around 100mph to force any crap out the DPf. Do this for a few mins every week and she'll stay sweet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Why decat it? It'll throw massive EMl lights and chuck a huge amount of black smoke out.... Which will fail an MoT... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Limp mode won't hurt the car. THats the reason it does it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Got a pic. 2007 sounds like a Pre-Facelift MK2 without the DPf. All diesels have the EGR from ford. If you don't know the belts been done. If get it done. 128k is well overdue.... Mines a facelift one. With the new style headlights, mines th facelift version of the mk2, or commonly knows as the mk2.5
  9. You'll need he rear quarter panels that are flared arches... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Spoiler yes. Rear bumper, possibly with a bit of work.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I just put my finger down the hole to push it open lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. My alternator started making a whirring noise one day. The next day it was so hot that it was glowing red. Nearly caught fire. £220 later and all is good. Just get it replaced. Don't question it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Leaving the codes will cause no issues... If your cars running fine then it's fine, Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
